It’s finally here! You have been asking for weeks when Friday On The Green returns; that day has finally arrived! Friday On The Green is a fun family event held Friday evenings during the spring and summer months. Grab your family and friends — even your pup on a leash and join us on the Town Green at Russell Crossroads for a great time with lawn games and music. To kick off the season, on May 19th, Alexander City’s Jonathan Bloom takes the Green Stage! It’s ALL FREE! So, pack your cooler and picnic basket, or even better, stop by Catherine’s Market and let them cook for you – there will be a charge for food and beverage at Cat’s, but it’s SOOOOOO good! It doesn’t get any better than this — soft carpet-like green grass, awesome music, very little street traffic, and time with your family and friends.
