"Trillium" is actually the beautiful foliage that grows on the dense cool forest floors around Lake Martin. Much lovelier than the bracken ferns also native to this area, it is among the most admired small forest plants in the South. So it is a very fitting name for this loveliest of lake villages developed by Russell Lands On Lake Martin.

Trillium is situated on the south side of the lake and is designed to take advantage of the beauty of the lake. This development has large lots with preserved mature timber and gently rolling land to the lakeshore. Development began in 1987 and reached a successful completion in 2004 with over 213 properties sold.
