Units Owned by Dadeville Asset Management, LLC in Crowne Pointe on Lake Martin Sold Out Ahead of Schedule

LAKE MARTIN, AL- September 1, 2009 ñ ERA Lake Martin Realty, the real estate market leader in the Lake Martin area, announced today the success in selling the 43 units acquired by Dadeville Asset Management, LLC, in the development known as the Crowne Pointe on Lake Martin. Dadeville Asset Management, LLC acquired the 43 units in the latter part of February 2009 and immediately sought assistance with sales and marketing of these units from Russell Lands, parent company of ERA Lake Martin Realty.
