The Willows Phase 4 release on schedule

Tentative has turned to positive. Last week, Russell Lands announced a tentative release of The Willows Phase 4 for July 10, 2020. Those plans were subject to road building progress on the extension of Bulgers Mill Way—The Willows’ lovely lakeside parkway.

Crews were asked to bring the road construction to “all weather” access before July 10, and despite summertime afternoon thunderstorms, the construction crews are ahead of schedule. While road building has been rapidly progressing, lot clearing has progressed steadily, so interested parties can easily access the land and admire the beautiful waterfront setting.

The Willows Phase 4 is a wonderful collection of waterfront homesites and a worthy addition to the Willow Point Community (View the Willow Point community map). Willow Point has been considered by many Lake Martin lovers to be the crown jewel of lake neighborhoods. That reputation comes from the collection of beautiful lakefront homes and the Willow Point Golf & Country Club. While demand for property in this area has always been strong, it has reached new heights over the last several years.

That demand prompted Russell Lands to introduce The Willows in 2018, and to date, 30 of the 35 waterfront homesites developed have already sold. Clearly, this new community has provided some very attractive and welcome ownership opportunities.

For those wanting to look over the Fourth of July weekend, you may do so by boat safely. There is a significant amount of heavy equipment at work to prepare the way for the July 10 release, so please ask us to help with a site visit.
