Saturday, October 31^st: 5:45pm – HALLOWEEN NIGHT HIKE! Wilson Road Trailhead

Let’s get spooky! We will be deep in the woods as night falls on the scariest day of the year! We will tell GHOST STORIES and focus on discussing CRYPTOZOOLOGY and wildlife that *could* hurt us as we wind through the Russell Forest trails. This is NOT a haunted trail experience: it is an immersive nature adventure that will include content relevant to Halloween! Flashlights will be provided. Costumes are optional!

We do recommend that you have a moderate fitness level and that you are able to stand or walk for at least two hours. Our walking pace will be relaxed with frequent stops. It’s always a great idea to select comfortable, seasonally appropriate clothing and shoes!. You may also wish to bring bottled water. Insect repellent is provided. Don’t forget your cameras! And remember, there are no bathrooms on the Forest Trails. Appropriate for ages 5 – 105.
