Russell Lands adds to its Approved Builder list

Russell Lands is pleased to announce that Lake Martin Signature Homes has been approved to build homes in our neighborhoods. This approval was granted following their submittal of a builder application and review of recently completed projects on Lake Martin.

Lake Martin Signature Homes has three members of their ownership and management team: Steve Fuller, Andrew McGreer and David Robinette. Steve is an experienced and respected general contractor who grew up in the Lake Martin Area. Andrew, an experienced businessman and developer, is originally from New Hampshire, but now resides at Lake Martin. David is a Civil Engineer and Tennessee native who has also relocated to Lake Martin.

With their varied backgrounds, abilities and experiences, Lake Martin Signature Homes is a great team for anyone desiring a new lake home in any Russell Lands On Lake Martin neighborhood.

New Project Underway

Lake Martin Signature Homes already has a custom house under construction in the South Ridge Harbor section of The Ridge. Since this project was underway, they decided to start a speculative home in The Ridge adjacent to their customer’s custom home. The “for sale” property is located on South Ridge adjacent to the site of the old Dixie Sailing Club clubhouse. The building site has a southern exposure and enjoys big water views of notable lake landmarks, including Goat Island and Chimney Rock Island.

The new home was designed by Bill Farshee, a well-known and popular lake-home designer. The plan is called Stonehaven and features a great combination of luxury interiors, outdoor living and waterfront amenities. The design was created in response to buyer requests for multiple bedrooms on the main level, expansive lake views from every room and living space that provides space for entertaining lake friends.

This project broke ground in October of this year, with the completion date scheduled for pre-summer of 2019.
