March is the time to prepare for springtime birds and wildflowers. Stop by the cabin, visit Naturalist Marianne and learn what to do to ready your yard to welcome spring nesters and which wildflowers you can expect to see in Russell Forest. Marianne will provide tips on attracting the wildlife you want and how to discourage those you’d prefer stay in your neighbor’s yard. A variety of feeding, housing, and habitat suggestions will have you stepping confidently into spring. Bring your questions, and your camera, because Marianne will have a wild visitor with her throughout the day. Experience is appropriate for all ages. No charge—everyone is welcome!
