The sound of The Willows is sweet

Clearly the opportunity to own a lakefront home in Pitchford Hollow was like a perfectly tuned harmony. Last Friday’s release of 29 waterfront homesites was a huge hit with 14 of the properties selling in the first afternoon!

The new homesites were an addition to The Willows—the new, already popular Russell Lands neighborhood on the northern shore of Lake Martin’s Pitchford Hollow. This new neighborhood, adjacent to Willow Point, was introduced in 2018, and to date, 44 properties have been sold. Purchasers love the gently sloping topography, mature trees, established architectural standards, and terrific location.

If you missed out on last week’s release, you might worry that the best lots are sold. Don’t. As one of the new property owners said after reviewing the available lots, “There isn’t a bad lot in the bunch! It is actually tough to make a choice.” Considering each lot is relatively level and has an average waterfront footage of over 250 feet, we heartily agree with his comments.
