SpringHouse Wine Dinner a Tour of the World
Thursday, December 10 – 6-9pm
Travel across the world in one night as we taste wines from California, France, and Italy with a thoughtful prix-fixe menu.
Together, Executive Chef Chris Morina and Wine Director Jacob Hoop will be creating a four-course prix-fixe menu, plus hors d’oeuvres, specifically designed to pair beautifully with the wines. This dinner will feature wines from Jarman, Chalk Hill, and Ferrari Carano out of California; Domaine Faiveley out of Burgundy, France; and Ricossa out of Piedmont, Italy.
Cost is $100++ per person. Please call 256.215.7080 for reservations. Seating will be limited to meet COVID standards. Cancellation Fee: $100 per person if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation.
