Raintree is one of the few "city" lake developments on Lake Martin. Located within the city limits of Alexander City, Raintree provides a great location for many locals and transplants to live in year-round residences on the shores of the lake. Raintree is set in a very quiet and deep cove on the northern edge of the lake, literally a lake within a lake. By water, a secluded—almost private—entry near popular Wind Creek Park hides the miles of undeveloped shoreline that leads to Raintree.
