When Ben Russell envisioned SpringHouse, it was crucial that the restaurant reflect and honor the land. With that in mind, Russell Lands delivered a restaurant that respected the land; a menu that featured excellent, local products; and a commitment to an outstanding dining experience. Mr. Russell chose a commanding location on a hillcrest overlooking The Stables, pastures, pine and hardwood forests and, in the distance, serene Lake Martin.

A warm, inviting venue, SpringHouse offers stunning, panoramic views of lush rolling hills and four distinctive spaces for gatherings from 12 to 200. Architectural details like exposed stone hearth, rough-hewn beams, hand-forged ironwork and carved granite reflect the beauty of its natural surroundings.

Chef Morina utilizes the bounty of the southern farm and larder to assemble a cuisine that aims to highlight seasonal and local products. While the style is modern, inspiration is drawn from the rich history of the region and classic sensibilities. Daily updates of the menu reflect the best of what is available.
