We all have those nights where we just don’t want to cook, or we need a little decompression time with a calming lake view. Kowaliga Restaurant has more than one answer to those challenges with tasty specials throughout the week.

Wednesday Burger Night

Chef Ban gets creative with a selection of juicy burgers. You might want to try “The Preserve” with pepper-jack cheese, candied jalapenos, Beckes tomato relish, and wild chanterelle mushroom chutney, or maybe “The Streetman” is more your style with cheddar cheese, onion bacon jam, lettuce, tomato, mac n’ cheese, and Kowaliga sauce (yum!). Then, there’s “The Blackened” with Swiss cheese, bacon, Wickles red relish, barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato and crispy fried onions. Choose your favorite from the list for just $10, and you’ll get fries, too!

Thursday Wing Night

Not your run-of-the-mill wings! These babies are smoked in house and served up with your choice of sauces: mild, hot, barbecue, jalapeno, sweet chili, hoisin, Banjo’s 6 pepper, and Hotter than Hot. At only $.75 apiece, you’ll be tempted to try them all (if you’re brave enough).

Chef Ban presents some of the freshest Gulf fish specials with his unique creative flair. The specials change depending on the freshest fish available, so you’re sure to always find a new and exciting dish to try.
