Poker Run marks 13th year of fun helping local charities

It’s that time of year again! The Lions Lake Martin Charity Poker Run will celebrate its thirteenth anniversary on Lake Martin Saturday, July 16. The day is filled with boating, fun, family and friends all while raising money for local Lake Martin charities. Participants will start at The Ridge Marina and end at Kowaliga Restaurant for a celebration with live music, food, drinks, and awards.

The cost to enter the benefit run is $150 per hand, which includes an official T-shirt, a Lake Martin Summer T-shirt, one key to the treasure chest and two meal tickets for the Kowaliga Restaurant celebration. The treasure chest will contain more than $2,000 worth of prizes! And, have the high hand and you could win $1,700!

The best-dressed crew this year will receive $500! Crews will be judged on originality, creativity, appearance and fun!

Last year over $10,000 was given to Lake Martin charities!
