The Food Network went in search of the best tacos in every state, and Kowaliga Restaurant’s Grilled Catfish Tacos won for the best in Alabama! Chef Russ Bodner serves up Kowaliga’s tacos as an appetizer, dressed with chipotle tartar sauce, slaw, a fiery roasted jalapeno, cilantro and lime.
